Hotel Madness is a fast-paced but fun casual video game similar to many other big names such as Dream Hotel Manager Simulator, Hotel Fever or Hotel Crazy, where you take on the role of a hotel manager and help it run smoothly. So, you'll have to make sure that the receptionist takes care of the guests and assigns them a room and make sure that the service staff cleans the rooms and brings them room service, all in record time.

The gameplay in Hotel Madness can be seen in other games in the genre: first, a new guest arrives at your hotel. The receptionist will need to assign them to a room that is clean. Then, if the guest wishes, you'll have to prepare and bring to the room whatever they ask for (you can only serve coffee to start with, but soon you'll expand your kitchen service to prepare snacks and delicious dishes). When the guest vacates the room, you'll have to clean it and leave it ready for the next person. As this action is multiplied by as many guests as the hotel hosts, you'll need to create a 'task queue' to ensure that everything is done in the shortest possible time.

With the money generated from the guests' visits, you can improve the hotel facilities by buying better cleaning products that help you work faster, improving the appearance of the rooms, repairing kitchen items to prepare a wider variety of dishes, and so on. And, if business goes well enough, you'll be able to open branches all over the world.
